Delete your PawStay account

You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time.

Delete it yourself

1. Log in to PawStay.
2. Open Account in the menu at the top.
3. Scroll to Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Can't log in?

Send us a request through the contact form, choosing the Account topic, from the email address you registered with. We'll delete the account and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, email address, phone number and location
• Your pets, sitter profile and uploaded photos
• Your bookings, reviews and messages

What we keep

Messages you sent us through the contact form are kept for our support records, no longer linked to an account. Sign-in security logs are kept for a limited time to protect against abuse. See our Privacy Policy for details.
